How it works

Save or choose an Email Template for the delivery message.
Select email delivery when reviewing an eligible issuance and confirm the final send action.
Open Emails to inspect queued, accepted, delivered, bounced, and other provider statuses.
Resend only when eligible and when the original PDF is available. Archive delivery history to organize your library.

Limits and prerequisites

Certificate email delivery requires a paid plan. Monthly and UTC daily send caps are separate from generation allowance. One recipient uses one send; resends consume sends again. Accepted means the provider accepted the request, not that delivery is confirmed. Delivery uploads are temporary.
