1. Scope

This policy is provided by Emerjoe Rosas, trading as Certinator, Central Luzon, Philippines, contact support@certinator.com. It applies to paid Certinator orders. Free accounts incur no subscription charge.

2. Fourteen-day first-purchase refunds

You may request a full refund of your first paid subscription purchase within 14 calendar days of purchase by emailing support@certinator.com with your order number and account email. A reason is welcome but not required. Approved refunds end access to the refunded paid entitlement. This voluntary policy does not limit statutory withdrawal or defective-service remedies.

For renewals, upgrades and requests outside that window, contact support if you were charged incorrectly, could not access the purchased service or experienced a material failure. We will assess the request fairly and provide any remedy required by law. We may refuse voluntary refunds for demonstrated fraud or abuse, without affecting mandatory rights.

3. Cancellation

Cancel through the customer portal linked from your order or receipt, or email support before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period remains available until its end unless refunded or lawfully suspended. Cancelling an account and cancelling billing are distinct actions: tell us if you need both.

4. Dodo Payments orders

For an order placed through Dodo Payments, it is the merchant of record and processes the payment and refund. You may contact its order support as well as Certinator. Dodo Payments’s buyer terms and its applicable refund discretion also apply. We cannot guarantee a bank’s posting time; an approved refund is returned through the original payment channel where supported.

5. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy removes mandatory rights under applicable Philippine, EU, UK or other consumer law. In particular, we do not treat a payment alone as a waiver of a statutory withdrawal right. Any legally required request for early performance or waiver must be separately and clearly collected at checkout. Do not include payment-card details, passwords or API keys in a support request.
